Hi, and welcome to my Car Leasing Advice site.

My name is Howard Mostyn, I live in Leeds, England, and I have two wonderful children, a teenage son and a twentysomething daughter. When I’m not working in my ‘day job’ or developing this site, I enjoy playing tennis, walking, reading, listening to blues & soul music, and spending time with my family at home or on holiday. I also write the Car Leasing Guide Blog, and have published the eBook ‘Car Leasing Secrets‘ together with numerous articles on Car Leasing.

I decided to create this Car Leasing Advice site for two main reasons:-

1. As a Vehicle Leasing Consultant, I speak to people every day who are interested in Car Leasing and Fleet Management. Many people are unsure about how it all works and are seeking car leasing advice on what options they have when it comes to financing their new vehicle or fleet.
2. Having spent a considerable amount of time researching the internet for sites that offer genuine independent car leasing advice relevant to the UK market, all I could find were snippets of information about the various topics covered here, but these were spread thinly over many different websites. Furthermore, almost all of these sites were actually advertising their own car leasing deals with only a small amount of ‘free’ information thrown in for good measure.

So I thought it would be helpful if I brought all of this information together to help people decide whether leasing was right for them, and to explain all the implications involved when it comes to leasing vehicles for business or personal use.

You may be wondering what makes me qualified to offer you Car Leasing Advice.

Well, I wouldn’t presume to call myself a ‘car leasing expert’, but I have seven years experience running my own Consultancy business in the Car Leasing industry, and before that I owned a franchised car dealership for thirteen years supplying new and used vehicles.
